Victorian Coordinators Retreat

Yesterday we held our first Coordinators Retreat via Zoom due to COVID 19 Stage 4 restrictions. 17 of our Victorian Coordinators joined us from all over the state for a time of encouragement, teaching, and connecting as they shared the wins and challenges of this unique season.

It was wonderful to hear how our Coordinators and their mentors are thinking of creative ways to connect with their participants in the Kids, Youth, and Family COACH Programs despite not being able to meet up in person. We were able to welcome new Coordinators, celebrate some amazing people who’ve been with COACH for a while, and thank Ali from OneHope Geelong for the valuable contribution she has made to her local community over the last 3 years.

We sent out some tasty treats to our Coordinators for the virtual Zoom Retreat & it was really encouraging to all of us at the COACH Network Team to hear their responses:

“Thank you to the COACH leadership team for blessing me with the Hampers with Bite pack. This made my day 🙂

“Thank you to COACH for the amazing love gift that arrived at my home today. What a blessing. Many blessings to you all”

“Thanks for the lovely little Hampers with a Bite package. A pleasant & thoughtful surprise. 🙂 Enjoy the sunshine!”

Thank you Mark Matthews for leading the retreat and Toby Baxter, Sam Hearn, and Paul Beddoes! And of course Olive and May!
